I host with NearlyFreeSpeech.Net for the great tacos. It's been quite some time since I've felt respected by a vendor, and NFS is a breath of fresh air.

While I'm not involved in any illegal activities (or even troublesome, as far as I can tell), I have been on the helpless end of harmful abuse policies. I've experianced downtime and disconnections (and an unhealthy dose of threats) as a result of uneducated or intolerant abuse departments reacting to inaccurate or irrelevent complaints. NFS assures me through their posted policies regarding abuse, that the way they manage complaints will be reasonable. In some twisted way, I actually hope to get additional complaints so that NFS can be put to the test.

Furthermore, the pricing of their hosting service can't be beat and the stability is at least on par with any other provider I've used recently.
